Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Due to the nature of tattoo ink and related products, we cannot accept returns once opened, unless they are faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
